Ingredients
- 400 gms ( cubes)Cottage Cheese(Paneer)
- 1/2 ( cubes)Capsicum
- 2 ( cubes)Tomato
- 2 ( cubes)Onion
- For the Marinade
- 1/2 cupCurd
- 2 pinchesSaffron ( kesar)
- 2 ( finely chopped))Green Chillies
- 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
- 1/2 tspKasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 1 tspKashmiri Red chilli powder
- 1 tspChat Masala
- 1 tspCoriander Powder ( Dhania)
- 1/4 tspCumin Powder ( zeera)
- 1/2 tspGaram Masala
- 1/2 tspTurmeric powder ( Haldi)
- 2 tspMustard Oil
- as required ( for basting)Butter (salted)
Method
- Step 1
In bowl mix all the ingredients for the Marinade .
- Step 2
Add the Paneer Cubes, Capsicum cubes , Tomato cubes and Onion Cubes in the marinade and mix well.
- Step 3
Add the mustard oil and mix.
- Step 4
Refrigerate them for 1/2 an hour.
- Step 5
Soak a few skewers in water ( this step prevents them from burning while grilling or bbq)
- Step 6
Take them out of the fridge and arrange them on the damp skewers.
- Step 7
Place them on a hot grill / frying pan ).
- Step 8
Keep turning them and basting with butter as required .
- Step 9
Serve them hot with Mint- coriander- curd Chutney .
