Garlic Sesame Chicken
Boneless and tender chicken pieces stir fried in sesame oil with loads of garlic.

Ingredients
- 400 gms ( cut into strips or cubes)Boneless Chicken
- 5 tsp ( finely chopped)Garlic
- 1 ( lightly beaten)Egg
- 2 tbspCorn flour
- 1 tspDark Soya Sauce
- 2 tspSchezwan sauce
- 2 tspRed chilli sauce
- 1 tspTomato sauce
- 1 ( cut into squares)Capsicum
- 1 (cut into squares)Onion
- 1 tspSesame oil
- 3 tspOil
- 1 tsp ( lightly toasted for garnish)Sesame seeds
- for garnishSpring onion greens
- for deep fryingOil
Method
- Step 1
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt.
- Step 2
Add egg (do not add all at once to avoid the coating becoming too runny).
- Step 3
Add corn flour and coat the chicken well.
- Step 4
Deep fry until cooked and slightly golden brown. Keep it aside.

In a wok add 4 tbsp oil ( 1 tsp sesame oil mixed with any other oil of your choice)

Add chopped garlic and sauté well for a minute.
- Step 7
Add onions and capsicum and fry for a min.
- Step 8
Then add the sauces and fried chicken. Sauté and mix well.
- Step 9
Add seasoning ajinomoto if you prefer and salt accordingly.
- Step 10
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
